Booking: The 5-Day Epic

So how do you go about booking this adventure?

1. You'll need to complete your Rider Information form and be accepted. 

2. To be accepted you need to be an experienced rider under 85kgs.

3. Pay a 50% non-refundable deposit within 3 working days after you have received your invoice.

4. Pay the full amount 45 days before your trip.

Booking: Ranch to Reserve

 

1. You'll need to complete your Rider Information form. 

2. Pay a 50% non-refundable deposit within 3 working days after you have received your invoice.

3. Pay the full amount 21 days before your trip.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you cancel within 30 days of your trip you will not be refunded. If you cancel before 30 days before your trip you will receive 50% of the full amount back.

Airport Lifts​

We provide FREE transfers from the Pietermaritzburg airport. 

​

Please note that we do not provide transfers from King Shaka International Airport in Durban. However, if it’s more convenient for you to fly into King Shaka, you can take an Uber directly to us or Uber to Pietermaritzburg Airport, where we’ll be happy to pick you up from there.

You can log on to the app to get price estimates. They usually range from ZAR 500 - 1 000.
